The best Christmas pageant ever book review

We finished our 4th novel, The Best Christmas Pageant Ever written by Barbara Robinson. The main characters in this novel are the Herdmans. The way I would describe the Herdman's are evil,nasty,and slick. The one thing that suprised me about the book was that the Herdman's reversed their personality's from bad to good in the Pageant. A few character traits that I found in this novel we're mean,crying,and nice. My favorite character in this novel was Ralph because he was funny at Sunday School. We are going to read the sequel to this novel The Best (Worst) School Year over break. I'm looking forward to reading this because it sounds very good to read&hear. I think this book was good because it inspired me what Christmas was really about. If I could have one of the Herdman's as my friend I would choose Imogene because she's cool.
